Bolette and Søren have determined six tags that they see SWAT can advantageously use one of every time the supporter has a case associated with support and deploy:

• Deployment Infrastructure 

• Deployment Concept 

The first four cover the four types of deployments that we see in Umbraco Cloud. The fifth Deployment Infrastructure covers issues with surrounding technology, such as site extension, kudu access, or auto-upgrades. The sixth Deployment Concept covers what is not covered by the four deployment types and will be expected to be associated with the concept regardless of whether it is questions about deployments, user confusion about the concept, or something completely different that cannot be covered by the other categories. I have added the above tags in Intercom.

Please add the corresponding tag if you have a ticket with deploy issues. This will make it easier for Bolette and Søren to have an overview of the issues we see with deploy and can then result in an improved Deploy for our customers and reduce tickets in regarding deploy in the future.
