There are a few Heartcore customers on dedicated resources. One important thing to be aware of  when handling these cases is that they can’t remove and add environments themselves.

No need to get into details about why but basically if that action is needed. This is the process:

• They reach out to support

• Support create a blackops ticket

• Blackops will reach out to the Heartcore team

• Heartcore team will take care of removing, adding environments.
